1 Ton of Cream Cheese

When Shanghaï meets Philly…

Makes 8


4 oz regular cream cheese, softened
1 tsp of Paprika
½ tsp Garlic powder
A few drops of lemon juice
Salt and black pepper
Won Ton Wrappers (for this recipe, I used spring rolls wrappers)
Oil for frying



In a medium frying pan, heat 1-2 inches of oil on medium heat.
In a bowl, mix spices into cream cheese with a fork until well incorporated.
Won Ton wrappers are already cut to the size you need. * If you have spring roll or egg roll wrappers, slice them with a pizza cuter into 4 small squares.
Place a teaspoon-sized ball in center of square wrapper. Dip your finger in water and spread on the four corners of the wrapper and fold up.
When oil is hot, fry until all sides are golden brown.
