Apple Feta Cinnamon Honey Crostini


1 loaf French baguette-style French bread, sliced
8 ounce block feta cheese, crumbled
2 apples, thinly sliced
Lemon juice
Cinnamon (for sprinkle)
Honey (for drizzle)
Olive oil
salt and pepper



In a medium bowl, toss apple slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Brush olive oil on each baguette slice. Place baguette slices in single layer on baking sheet. Toast in oven for about 5 minutes.
Spread feta cheese on each slice, add a few slices of apples, sprinkle cinnamon and drizzle honey. Add salt and pepper to taste.
