2-3 sturdy pears, sliced and tossed with lemon juice juice to prevent browning
1 wheel of Brie cheese, sliced
3-4 bacon slices, cooked until crisp and chopped in small pieces (for garnish)
Baby arugula leaves (for garnish)
Preheat oven at 375.
On baking sheet lined with parchment paper, add pear slices in a single layer and place a slice of brie on top of each pear slice.
You want the cheese to melt but not for the pears to cook (A few minutes will do. Make sure to watch the pears).
Once the cheese has melted, remove the cheesy pear slices from the oven and place them on a presenation platter.
Top each cheesy pear slice with a few pieces of bacon and one or two leaf of arugula.
