1 brie cheese (8z) 226g (or another soft cheese of your choice)
1 cup of grapes (I used red grapes as it makes a nice contrast with the other ingredients)
¼ lb thinly sliced prosciutto
Few basil leaves
Quarter the wheel of brie in even slices.
Take a toothpick and thread on cheese, a folded basil leaf, a folded piece of prosciutto, followed by a grape.
* You can substitute the grapes for melons or figs.
