Bruschetta à la Greek


1 French baguette, sliced
1/2 cup tomatoes, sliced lenghtwise
1/3 cup kalamata olives, sliced lenghtwise
1/4 cup red onion, finely sliced
1/4 cup feta cheese
1 Tbs. of red wine vinegar
2 Tbs. of olive oil
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
Salt and black pepper, to taste



Preheat oven to 400 (°F). Place baguette slices on a baking sheet. Toast slices for 7-10 minutes, or until baguette slices are golden brown and toasted.

In a medium bowl, add tomatoes, kalamata olives, and red onion. Then, add olive oil, red wine vinegar and feta cheese. Stir until well combined. Season with oregano (if desired), salt and pepper.

Top baguette slices with bruschetta topping.
