Fresh Peach, Feta and Basil Crostini


2 ripe peaches, pitted and halved
½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
2 Tbs. of ricotta cheese
Honey (for drizzle)
3 Tbs. of fresh basil, chopped
1 French baguette, sliced and toasted



In a blender or food processor puree the ricotta and feta until a thick, smooth mixture is formed.
Spread the whipped feta over each toasted slice of baguette. Add sliced peaches. Drizzle on the honey, then top with freshly chopped basil, and serve.
