For the salad:
9-10 green radicchio leaves, torn into small pieces
2 ripe pears, cored and thinly sliced
1 Tbs. lemon juice
For the dressing:
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 tsp. fine sea salt
1 Tbs. honey
1/2 tsp. of ground black cumin (Also called Nigella seed or Black seed)
Place pears in a shallow bowl and combine with lemon juice. Cover and set aside.
Whisk dressing ingredients together in a small bowl and set aside.
In a large salad bowl, add green radicchio. Pour on dressing and toss well. Add pears with lemon juice and toss again.
