Hawaiian Coleslaw

Ingredients:

1 cup, shredded red cabbage
1 cup, shredded green cabbage
1/2 cup grated carrots
1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
2 green onions sliced
3 Tbsp. rice vinegar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 Tsp. honey
1 Tsp. Olive Oil
1/2 lime juice
1 Tsp. black sesame seeds
1/8 Tsp. red pepper flakes
Pinch of salt

 

Directions:

Combine slaw mix, carrots, pineapple and scallions in a large bowl and set aside.
Add the remaining ingredients to a jar, shake well to combine, and pour over the slaw.
Stir to combine.
