2 cups of red grapes
1 Tbs. of olive oil
1 log of goat cheese (4 oz)
18-20 mini tart shells (premade)
Preheat oven at 400 degrees.
On a baking sheet, toss grapes with olive oil and roast (about 15-20 minutes). Fill each mini tart shell with a teaspoon of goat cheese and top with roasted grapes.
