1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
3/4 teaspoon each smoked paprika and ground cumin
Scant 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, smoked paprika, cumin, and salt. Cover and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
If possible, prepare it several hours or a day in advance.
