½ pound cooked salmon (I cook it in the oven with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper/ 350 degrees)
¼ cup of mayonnaise
1 tsp. of Sriracha sauce (or other spicy sauce such as Tabasco)
1 Tbs. of chopped chives
1 English cucumber, peeled and cut crosswise into ¾-inch thick slices
Combine the mayo and Sriracha sauce in a small bowl and mix thoroughly. Taste and add more Sriracha if you like it very spicy.
Grab the salmon and flake it into large bite-sized pieces. Place the salmon, chives, salt, and pepper in a bowl and gently mix in the spicy mayonnaise.
Grab the cucumber slices, divide the salmon mixture between each slice.
