Ingredients Caprese Salad:
2 cups sliced strawberries
5 ounces fresh mozzarella bocconcini, cut into slices
Few small basil leaves (for garnish)
Ingredients Lemon-Basil Vinaigrette:
1/4 cup olive oil
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
Zest from 1 lemon (for garnish)
Salt and Pepper
Put strawberries and mozzarella in a bowl.
Add a few tablespoons of lemon-basil vinaigrette, and gently stir to coat, using hands if needed.
Pour onto a plate, and top with small basil leaves and lemon zest.
Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, basil, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until blended.
