300g fresh salmon fillet (poached), flake the flesh
150g smoked salmon, cut into small
3 Tbs. of sour cream
1 Tbs. of Dijon mustard
1 Tbs. of capers, chopped
1 Tbs. of fresh chives, chopped
1/3 cup of finely chopped shallots
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
Zest of 1 lemon
2 Tbs. lemon juice (add more to taste)
Fresh dill for garnish (optional)
Salt and pepper
In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients. Taste as you mix and add seasoning or lemon juice if needed.
Serve on croutons and garnish with dill.
